What a challenge. But with determination and excitement, Year 11 were successful in learning the art of making the perfect scone - light and fluffy. With a few key secret tips and tricks from Mrs Clarke, Year 11 had the opportunity to cater on mass for the first time. Well done Year 11 Hospitality, your scones were enjoyed by the many Grandparents and Great Grandparents who visited Broughton on Thursday 29 March.
